I'm definitely feeling better, but still weak after yesterday's puke fest. I was suppose to do 12 miles today, but just didn't have the energy or strength to do it. Oh well....I can't beat myself up over it. 3 slow miles on the home TM. It starts early, so I'm not sure if I will be able to workout. Maybe that will be for the best and my foot/stomach will feel better. |
