I was suppose to run 8 miles with the ladies this morning, but I bailed. My ankle has been so very achy. I think it is tendinitis (I'm hoping not another SF), but I may try to see the doctor next week. So instead, I did 9 miles on the stairmill in 1:20:00. I was one of the first people in the gym this morning and got the good machine! I was a sweat bomb. Then I lifted: 3x 10 x single leg hamstring lift 10 x side to side lunges 12 x push ups 30 x donkey kicks Quick stretch. 3 soccer games, 3 kids haircuts, several hours of yard work. I got most of my garden planted, but I need to clean out my raspberry patch. I always get so scratched up though! We went out to dinner tonight with hubby's family for Mother's Day. Nice...... |
