I've been babysitting my 2 nieces and couldn't workout this morning. Having a 2 year old in the house makes life tricky. So I worked out this evening. It was on my mind all day - I just wanted to get the workout over with. I get to bump up my mileage a bit this week...yeah!!! 4 sweaty miles on my home TM - I bumped up the speed durning the last mile. 3x 10 ball squats with weights 10 ball lunges with weights 10 side to side lunges with weights 10 single leg hamstring lift 15 supermans on Bosu 20 dips LLL Stretch and foam roll. |
