I met Janae this morning. I really like running with her and she didn't even blink an eye when I asked if we could go super slow. I was torn up from yesterday's long/TM run, so I wanted to be safe. Good conversation!

It was cool, but not freezing. There was a lot of wind though. Still a million times better than the TM!

Company makes everything better. Nothing is worse than the TM...alone! Nice recovery run and enjoy camping :)
