Daylight savings totally messed me up last night. I was awake all night and didn't make it to the gym this morning. So I headed to my basement gym while my big girls were at Activity Days. One of the *few* perks of working out at night is I have so much more energy. I can workout longer and harder. I really wanted to wait two days to run again since my long run on Saturday. But since I waited until this evening, I figured I was close enough. 4 very strong miles 3x 20 plank with shoulder taps on ball 20 hamstring curls with ball 6 one arm push-ups on Bosu Abs LLL Walking lunges B6 20x dips Long stretch and foam rolling Ankle felt strong on the run. |
