It was a beautiful morning out...nice and warm! I had a hard time finding my mojo. My foot and knee started to feel a bit better during the 2nd 4 mile run. Growing pains. Changed clothes and headed downstairs for strength training. 3x 10 side to side lunges 30 donkey kicks 1:30 bridge pulses 2x 50 crunches 20 bicycles 15 supermans 1x 30 toe touches 15 side plank lifts 40 Russian twists 15 reverse crunches 20 lying leg lift Long stretch and foam roll. Tomorrow is a designated rest day. And I need a nap today :) |
