When I went to the doctor the day before the Ogden Marathon, he said to come back in 2 weeks to have an MRI done. I've had such mixed feelings about have the MRI done. Mostly because it costs $2000. Yikes...that is a lot of cash. And I think I already know what they are going to tell me. Tendonitis, and tibialis posterior. Ankle strengthening exercises, stretching, low milage. BUT...I still don't know what to do. It does still ache and is sore. What's a girl to do? |
