Ankle was having a really hard time last night. It is swollen again. I've been so good with increasing my mileage slowly and strength training. I thought was doing it right, so....... What am I doing wrong? Why am I getting injured? 3x 10 ball squats-upped the weight Walking lunges 10 side to side lunges 10 bicep curl 10 overhead press 10 butterflies 60 plank PT exercises and a quick stretch. |
