PM: Made it .3 miles before I quit. I was slogging at 12+ minute mile pace so I decided that I needed the day off. Walked for 2 miles because it was nice to be outside.
Plan:3-5 miles easy
Actual: 5 miles easy
Plan: 10 to 15 minute warm-up + 6-8 times 2 minutes at 10k-5k effort with 1 minute recovery jog + 10 to 15 minute cool-down
Actual: 15 minute warmup. 8 times 2 minutes at more like half marathon pace but felt like 10k effort. 15 minute cooldown.
Plan: 30-40 minutes easy
Actual: 4 miles easy
Pushed my long run off until tomorrow so I could run with Vanessa. Easy 5 on Pipeline.
