AM: I have been neglecting my strength training and need to get back into it. Hit the gym for an ease-back-into-lifting workout. Even though I took it fairly easy, I know I will be so sore tomorrow! I also need to re-incorporate planks and the myrtl into the routine. My core is so weak. PM: Usual 5 miler. This felt like a death march (as expected). The soreness has set it already. Tomorrow should be fun.
