I felt blah yesterday, so I took the day off. Got up early today to knock out my 10 miler. Ran my parks loop incorporating Sugarhouse and Liberty. It drizzled lightly for most of the run, but I didn't mind. Took the dog and she was a pain. She is afraid of almost everything and today we managed to hit most of her favorites: kids, school busses, kids getting off school busses, garbage trunks, cement trucks, the interstate, overpasses, and traffic. |
