PM: Was feeling lazy and did not want to run.  Eventually convinced myself to go, but by then I didn't have much time.  Decided on a short yet efficient track workout. Warmup, 8 x 200 with 200 slow jog recovery, cooldown.  These were a little slower than a few weeks ago (started at 52 worked down to 49), but there was a lot more weaving tonight.  The people at this track don't know track etiquette and walk with strollers in lane 1, ride bikes in lane 1, walk their dogs in lane 1, and walk four abreast in lane 1.

What track was this?

You would think dogs might be ok walking in... Oh I don't know... Lane 4?

The old Granite High. It's a convenient 1-1.5 mile run to get there for me, but it's a strange place. I thought about politely asking people to move to the outside, but decided to just let it be. The track only has 4 lanes anyway. I should just go to Highland instead.

I've run there exactly once. It would be a very convenient place to run since its so close to home for me as well, but I just find it to be a weird place for whatever reason.
