Well I am back - at least today.  I got in 5 runs this week.  Fat and slow but I got in 5 runs, so I 'll take it.  I had 3 runs and 6 total workouts last week.  I'm trying to get back into running.  I'll never get back all the way, but I want to at least be consistent again and appreciate that I CAN get out and do it.
