Ran at lunch today. The rain moved through in the morning so I didnn't get to run in the rain today. Seems like it was the first time in a while. It didn't really enjoy this one. I just maintained as best I could. It turns out that it was a little faster than a normal easy run. Mcmillan has me between 7:06 and 7:36 for easy runs. So I'm not too much faster than that.

Maybe you are just faster than you thought.

Nice pace. I'm thrilled whenever I can throw in a couple sub 7:00's. Way to get in some dry miles.

Great job Tim...I wish my easy runs were in the 7:00 minute range.
