Managed two runs today. I felt ok at work on good at home. For some reason sitting and working on a computer all morning makes me sluggish and makes the lunchtime run hard. Imagine that... :) The 2nd run of a day is almost always easier and feels good. I guess because the muscles are loose and the energy pathways are warmed up.
