I wasn't sure how I'd feel today, but I felt good. Just ran as I felt, not trying to go slow to fast. I did have a meeting to get back for at 5, and of course I always cut it close, so I went a little faster than expected.

4.9 at 7 min pace.

7 min pace for 5 miles on an easy slow run is quite fast. I'm glad to hear the leg is still feeling good.

yeah I know - a little fast. But I felt great and it came easy in the rain. I felt like I could have run forever.

I'll tone it down a bit today.
