I did a 2 hour run this morning. I wanted to do 16 or so because I have that ultra on June 7th and I haven't done anything over 13-14 in a while. I felt a little tired in the legs setting out but by the 6th or 7th mile I was feeling pretty good - even got a few shots of endorphins here and there. Unfortunately that never lasts. But its fun while it does. I just cruised it in today. I got stopped a a few traffic lights and lost a few minutes that way, but other than that I was happy with my pace. I know the 32 miler will be much slower, and 5 hours longer... 16.35 at 7:52 pace
