yesterday the wind was blowing the rain sideways and I would have had to run at work.  It just didn't work out ...

felt good today but I had to split my run in half it turns out

AM   - 4.9 - 7:06 pace

PM 8 - 7:00 pace

I'm at an even 2400 miles for the year now (the miles on this board are a bit shy cause I didn't start on Jan 1 here).  I was hoping for 2500 but I'm not going to sweat it coming a little shy.  Still it is my high mileage for a year.

Not sure if I should do the 5 or 10 K on New years day and/or the FA 50K on the 3rd.  I guess I could always do both..

When in doubt, do both races. lol
