Ran my long run on Friday before we went to Cub Scout camp. I thought I hydrated properly and ate enough, but I bonked pretty bad after 15 or so. I ended up dehydrated I guess. I was sub 130 afterwards...no wonder I bonked. I will learn from it. At least I got lots of on feet time and most of the time my pace was ok. 22.5 7:59 ave pace
