Do you have to camp, or is it just a day thing?

yeah - camping Friday and Saturday nights -- I'm actually taking off Friday so we can leave right after school. So I'll get my long run in on Friday morning after they go to school.

Your a good Dad. I bite the bullet to take my boys camping too, but I hate the sleeping (or lack there of) part of camping. I'm sure you'll have a great father-son experience though.

yeah we have a good time. it is usually a bad couple night's sleep for sure because I refuse to get all the fancy cots and air mattresses things that the other guys buy. Besides being a cheapskate, it just seems better to sleep on the hard ground when you camp...

whoopsee -- a bit of a typo in there earlier...
