Felt a little tired today but I managed to get through it pretty ok.  It was much better than last week's Thursday run. 

7:19 pace over 11.1 miles.

I'll take it easy tomorrow and then I have a 10 mile race on Saturday. That should be interesting. I averaged 6:30's for a 1:04:xx last year but that was a different course.
