Ran in the heat today so I brought a wet running hat and a handheld waterbottle full of ice water. When I felt hot i just squirted some on the hat. It seemed to really help my brain from frying... I felt good no aches or pains today - not sure how that happened. I just wanted to get a few easy miles in to start the week on a good note. 6 at 7:41 pace
