heat rising - but not too bad
stayed in the shade as much as possible

ran over to the start of the 5k I'm going to do next month and then ran that route to get a feel for it again.  It is very racable.  There are only two hills on the out and two on the way back.  None of them are as significant as the ones in the race last Saturday. 

finished strong - so that was good.  It was actually the best I've finished a run in a while...

didn't hit 50 this week cause I skipped yesterday :(

Yep, it's part of my "8 weeks between marathons' program by Hal Higdon. Only a few more weeks until the Park City Marathon.
