Felt ok - just did a short run after work.  Almost skipped it but glad I didn't.  Going to take it easy this week in prep for the ultra on Sunday. 

 4.4 at around 7:30 pace.

Great idea, Tim. Do you have any time goals for the ulra? Have you ever run it before?

Yeah - ran it last year -- 7hours 22 min or something like that. It was harsh. I want to do better than that. Only 6 guys were under 7 hours. I'd like to do that. I've done 2 ultras since then, and I hopefully know how to manage energy levels a little better now. We'll see...
