I felt really good for my long run today.  I expanded my route from last Sat.  but I thought I went farther that I did.  And I thought I ran faster.  Not sure if I measured it wrong ot what, but that's ok.  I felt good and finished strong.

next week I need to get back on the horse...

Overall, it sounds like you had a good run. Is your injury all healed up?

Nice job. Do you run with a Garmin? How do you measure your distances?

Dale - I guess I'm good to go... so far so good.

Rhett - I do the runners world training log and just figure the distance form their route creator. Not perfect but good enough for me.
