felt ok - snuck a few in between meetings. Wanted to do a few after work but I have the kids.

It's always tough fitting in runs between work and the kids. I like doing my long runs Saturday night after everyone has gone to bed.

I have the kids every wed. night cause my wife works with the youth at church. I use some of that time to go to the gym and run on the TM. Then we always have a little fun without Mom around.
