Got out between the heavier rains.  I am feeling pretty good today.  Maybe my attitude is turning around.

on a side note - I am thinking about signing up for the ING Georgia Marathon that is on March 21st.  It would only be $70 total if I sign up this week.  It runs by my front door and I've skipped it the last two years, but I think maybe i need a little inspiration for the next three months.

Sounds like a GREAT idea! Can't go wrong with $70 and close to home, great value. I just read the Jan RW's rating of marathons for 2010. The readers voted Chickamauga Battlefield the most family-friendly and number 3 on the best overall list. Looks like it will become more popular next year. Kinda cool that I can say: "Hey, I know Tim, the winning contender of Chickaumauga'09!!!" YOU'RE FAMOUS and VERY AWSOME!!!

yeah it is a good one, Smooth. I just hope they don't up the nubmer of entries allowed. It is just fine as it is. I think it would lose the small race feel if it got too much bigger.

Ok you talked me into it - I'll sign up tonight :)

That will be cool. Your family can set up your very own personel aid station there in front of your house.

Yeah Rhett they can roll out of bed in time hopefully :)

Smooth - I'll have to put in some good training for this one. It is a very difficult one - at least it kicked my tail when I ran it last time.
