TY Gina. Ran the first 15:00mins under 7 min pace then was gassed, ended with lame walk run. Just don't have the aerobic training in the bank to run hard for that long. Still, that was the best 15:00 of running I've done in forever. No stops! Went back out on the course for 1.5 m cool down also looking for Gina's Kim.
