Nice workout! How is it running in Austin? I'm visiting my wife's parents in Dallas for Thanksgiving and might be driving thru there. I heard it's a nice town and was thinking about getting in a run while I'm there.

Nice run James. Where did you guys run the intervals at? The schedule said the track at the school for the deaf, but I wasn't sure how the warm up would be handled since the school is so close to Runtex. Therefore, I just ran near the house instead of coming downtown.

Anyway, I will be at Runtex on Saturday am for 16 miles.
