This run felt all right. My legs were pretty sore from yesterday's plyo, but they warmed up and were feeling better. I ran up Millcreek Canyon for two miles, then turned around and went back. My splits were 8:30, 7:43, 6:48, and 5:38. This run felt pretty good after I got warmed up, but it took a lot out of me. I really started pushing the last half mile, I wanted to be under 6:00 for that mile, and I did it easily. I'm tired, but no injuries to speak of. |
