4 400's at the Oval. With warm up and a long cool down. They felt good. I was with Morgan and Gemachu all of them. We hit 68, 67, 67, 67, 67, 67, 66, 65. Gemachu slowed down about five seconds on the seventh, but was a few seconds ahead of me and Morgan on the last one. We ran very even, and it didn't feel really hard. I felt very good today.
