Today was a different workout. We did 100 200 300 400 without stopping. In between intervals we jogged. There were 3 sets, in between sets there was five minutes. I'm not sure on all of the times, but it was approx. 15, 31, 48, 67 15, 31, 48, 64 16, 31, 46, 61. It was very hard, but it was a good workout. I pushed it really hard on the last four and was able to beat Morgan. My knee also feels fine, but my left calf is tight. |
