Ran Townlake with Karen F.  Beautiful day with temps in the low 40's.  Cloudy, but a great running day.  Took it easy, being careful with the right foot plantar tendon.  It just felt great to be on the trail.

Next Sunday morning is the AT&T Austin Marathon.  We are going to help Daniel F. do his first marathon.  Should be a great experience for all.

Beautiful evening, sun shine, wow!!  Ran at McNeil HS with Daniel and Karen and Donnie's group.  Tam ran with us on our last 2 miles or so.  He is excited and ready to give it a go for the marathon.  Getting Daniel ready for his first marathon, next Sunday morning in Austin.  Should be a great run.  Had fun talk and planning.  One of the best Monday nights in a long time.

Cold temperature in Texas tonight in the mid 30's with a wind blowing.  I ran at Florence HS track while Lynn walked the track.  Even with the cold after 3 miles I took off my 2nd long sleeve shirt and took off my hat.  I was sweating even while shivering in the cold.  Go figure.

Thinking about this coming Sunday morning when we help Daniel run his first marathon, and document it with pictures and video.

Temp in low 40's, nicer than last evening.  Ran again over at Florence HS track.  Took it easy for 2 warm-up miles, then a medium to hard pace for 3 miles.  Two boys on the HS track team were running the track 800 meter runs, while I did my mile runs.  Had fun with them.

Right plantar tendon felt pretty good.  I think I'm ready to help Daniel with his marathon on Sunday.   Karen is running the first half with him, and I'm doing the second half.
