| Tucson, AZ. Walked for another 7 hours at the gem show. Beautiful weather too. Feet plenty sore again by the end of the day. | | Add Comment |

Returned home yesterday from Tucson, AZ. Drove 900 miles yesterday. Ran tonight at Florence, HS. Temp about 65 degrees. Sky clear. Stars out. Felt great to get in some easy running. Right plantar tendon felt great tonight. Just a little over 2 months to go for Boston. Obviously my goal at Boston is just to stay healthy and have a fun easy race.

| Beautiful evening, stars out, warm temps in the 60's. Ran over at Florence High School. Running easy, watching the plantar tendon of the right foot. Felt great to be out again. | | Add Comment |
