| 21 miler, 8:14 pace 6.5 by my lonesome pushing the pace a bit before picking up Shelbey. Picked up Shelbey and we kept a good honest pace for 5 miles then picked up Blake for 2 easier miles followed by another 5 miles at another good honest pace. Then 3.5 to get back home by myself trying to push but feeling quite tired. Ha!!! |
