9 miles. 2.5 miles to Summit, 8:03 AP 2 fast miles on the TM at Summit, 6:59 AP followed by: Leg press Quads/HS Standard plank Depth jumps Box jumps 2.5 miles home, 7:55 AP then 2 miles with Iggy (who ran much slower tonight, 9:22 AP) With the weights and plyos in the middle the whole workout lasted just under 2 hours. I start my 4 X 10 hour shifts at work tomorrow. Hoping it goes well. It does mean that I have to get up even earlier now or run at night. Ugh . . . It will probably be a combination of them both! |
