Went on a 10 mile run today with Caleb Adam, coach and Levi.We started at the mouth of Butterfield Canyon and ran all the way down to monarch but we ran up to the cove on are way to monarch. Felt pretty good except for my back and hip were still pretty tight from this week training. It was really nice to go on a long and fast run because we haven't done one in such a long time. First 5 miles were 6:40 Pace then the last miles we started to pick it up. 6-6:08 7-5:56 8-5:41 9-5:35. The last mile was 7:08 for a cool down. I don't think I could have done those last 4 miles without Adam or Caleb push me along. Afterwards we stretched/cool down and drove back to Butterfield Canyon to pick up our car and then we had breakfast at my house afterwards. Next week we starting workouts for Foot Locker and I'm ready to hit it hard so I can PR down at footlocker.
