Had to drive all the way to the creepy International Peace Gardens on the west side of town. I really dislike this part of town because of the number of hobos around. I waited around for the team for almost an hour with my coach Emily and we talked. Once the team got back we all did core together and stretched. There were certain core positions that really did NOT feel pleasant on my injury. It hurt!!! Surprisingly, the step-ups we did were not as aggravating to my injured tibia as some of the other core. |
