Long-Term Running Goals: I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.
Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:) Personal:

Grandeur with some Wranglers. Cold and icy up Milcreek Canyon. Felt really tired today and my calves were burning the entire way up. I think I said 2 words total. I need a couple rest days soon.
Gear: Lululemon track jacket, Lululemon pacesetter skirt, CX tights, REI insulated vest, Pearl Izumi thermal half zip, Salomon Felraiser shoes, Petzl headlamp, hot fingers gloves.

| Good times on BST. I fell hard, tripping over a pebble. Not picking up my feet enough and feeling exhausted. I need a rest day, bad.

| A few easy miles before leaving out of town for Thanksgiving dinner. Planned to do the Twins, but ran out of time. Picked up the last bit, but felt so tired. Still not quiet rested. SO COLD!

60 seconds on/off till I reached 3.5 miles. Active rest in between. Paces around 6:15/8:30.
Not hard, just tired. Low week. Next week I'll turn it on again. Trying to have a more structured routine with a race in sight soon.
