Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

6:00AM- Met up with MVH and Scott. It was good to see MVH out since he's been injured this year. You know someone's the real deal when they show up and smoke you at their worst!

We met up on I street to make it up to Twin Peaks by sunrise. MVH wanted to test out his drone, but the weather was rainy, windy and hailing. Sometimes we could hear each other speak. Despite the elements, it was a fun run with good advice.

The trails are getting just a little easier these days.

PM- 6 miles with Karen. We had a sprint to the finish and she smoked me.

8 miles with Andy. Tuesday's therapy session was nice. It was cold, I almost made a snowman with all the frost. 7:20's for the last half. 7:42ap overall.

I planed on getting a lot more mileage toda,  but the gym tour took forever. Partly because they offered free coins to their massage chair, which seemed to be more important at the time. Then it didn't stop there, they gave me more coins for the Hydro massage bed. I pretty much spent all my workout time getting massaged by robots. 2 miles on the TM around 8:00ap.

Nice early run up Mueller Park with Scott. Snow on the ground all the way up, but it was run-able the entire way. We ran up toRudy's Flat with plans to go down North Canyon, but decided to run back the way we came since it was dark and we didn't get to see the  views! I guess there's some sort of cave turn off on your way back down towards North Canyon. I'd like to do that one next. We also ran into Twinkies and a couple Farmington trail friends. I've never been up there in the winter, beautiful! Great run this morning. 2:18:00
