10 miles at 6:55 ap. 5 mi easy at 1% and 5 mi on 0% at 6:22ap. Apparently, 6:22 on the TM is the equivalent of running 6:39 on the road. I'm doubting my ability to pull that off for SGM. I suppose if I PR, that will be good enough. * My husband read this and kept asking what all of the abbreviations stood for. %= percentage of incline/decline mi=miles ap= average pace tm= treadmill mp=marathon pace SGM=Saint George Marathon PR= personal record I guess that that is a lot of abbreviations. I'm lazy. You all know them!!
