Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

2 mi wu on TM

Change of pace 2 miles with one minute at marathon pace alternating with 30 seconds at 5K pace, 6:53/6:00. Felt pretty easy considering my lack of training for the past month.

6am- Andy and I decided to go run up on Davis boulevard since it has been a while. The place was a little bit picked up for the first half but I think we were both trying to push the AP a little to challenge our average pace from past runs earlier in the year. 7:24ap which is about  6 seconds slower for an average pace than one other run done in October, however I did some intervals with that last workout. For a standard progressive run, it was good pace for this route. I was also happy the pace didn't feel too taxing, until the last half-mile but even then, it wasn't bad. It was quite warm outside! Quite content with these runs, especially since My running goals are quite loose at present.
