Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

Angie- Nope, change of plans. Sounds like the field will be loaded!

Sheridan- Yes, ill bring my stuff. I need 17-18 miles. Any part you want to join me on would be great. Im fine with hills, flat, trails or a mix. It looks like you're in good shape so don't kill me:) See if Ryan wants to come too.

Ya it's going to be a very competitive race. I am running the salt lake 10 miler on sat. Still will be pretty competitive but not nearly as competitive as the striders half. That one brings out a great field of runners. Have a great weekend!

I was hoping to run about an 18 miler. We will have to decide to carry water or do bottle drops. I'll talk to Ryan and see if he is in. He has been pretty busy.
