Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

8 miles down Main this morning. After 4 miles, turned around and did 3min at half marathon pace with 3 mins rest till I got home. It ended up being 5x750m with 3 min rest. The hills made it interesting and challenged the pace. Good workout.

How is the sugar challenge going? That is my biggest weakness. Well, dark chocolate. I like the looks of your workouts this week.

I bet hills make it challenging! (I feel your pain!) Good job- and I couldn't stay off of sugar either-especially not icecream!!

Allie- No, my grandparents are deadbeats.

Bec- HI! Ummm, I love dark chocolate, cake, ice cream, sugar cereal, donuts are good, candy, cane sugar, fructose, glucose, sucrose, cane sugar straight up... Yes, I am trying to get on board these next weeks for a half coming up in 2 weeks. I do good one week, poor the next. The challenge is 2+ good weeks in a row. How's training going in TX?

Christi- I'm not sure why I can't conquer these hills! I wish I could run downhill forever.
