I ran 7 miles in 60 minutes I will be ready for speed training soon. I just need to buy a watch. However I made some financial goals the I will be accomplishing towards the end of this week and I decided that I would not buy runnning gear until I had accomplished my goal. So this weekend I will buy a watch. So what should I do for speed training? tempo runs on Saturday? 1 7 pace mile and then a 9 min.
