I am training for the ragnar relay I will be running the 12th leg. I it consists of three portions a little over 13 miles. It shouldn't be that bad I am running just over a 9 minute miles right now to avoid injury.

went running around stanford campus while in bay area.  I just kept track of time.  I went for about 60 minutes and it was closer to sea level but I had cramps.  I am guessing that I at least ran 6 miles maybe more because my caves were pretty sore the next day.

Went down the provo river trail for 6 at and average 9:20 pace.  Took my son in the jogging stroller.
