I was introduced to running when I was about 8 years old and have loved it ever since. My 9th and 10th grade year of H.S. I ran for Box Elder, I transfered as a Junior to Sky View.
Today we had track tryouts so there wasn't much running to do. I ran a 400 in 58 sec so that made me feel pretty good. We worked a lot of muscles so I feel pretty tired and a little bit sore in my legs.
Finally the last day of tryouts. I am feeling very sore but it hurts more to walk then run which I guess is good. Hopefully I can get a good rest in before we start getting some good workouts on the track next week.
