Enjoy the run

4.5 really  easy miles today, I went skiing yesterday so I didn't run. I have really been slacking mileage wise I haven't got a 6 day week in a long time. Looks like it's time to get some more miles!

Kind of an interesting run, I decided to get some tempo in so I did two miles tempo. My tempo pace has become a bit slower which isn't a big deal right now because it will drop once the track season starts.

Nice run today, my legs were a little tired which I didn't mind that much. On our way back to SV Jordan, Ethan and I ran past a farm with a lot of cows and the farmers were draining the animal waste into a field. It was the worst smell  ever. Other than that it was a good run.

Went on an adventure run with Ethan then we saw Conner on the way back to SV so we ran with him for about a mile and a half.

6 miles easy up Smithfield Canyon.
