Tempo run on the treadmill. First mile at 8:00 pace. Second mile at 7:00 pace. Miles 3-5 at 6:30 pace. Mile 5-5.5 at 6:15 pace. Mile 5.5-6 at 6:00 pace. Cooldown mile at 8:00 pace. Wasn't necessarily easy to keep these paces, but I wasn't breathing super hard. This was a good wokout to maintain sharpness but not strain myself too intensely. Today was my lowest weight of the year by a small margin. |
