Ran from my building at the U over to City Creek canyon for the first. Went to mile marker 2. Gorgeous canyon. Beautiful morning. Great for running. But got yelled at by a biker because didn't know I was supposed to run on right side.

Felt good so went 12 miles total. Average pace was 7:57.

Ah, those silly cyclists. They think they own the road. As much as I'd like to and love to ride, they generally drive me nuts.
